Sessional Training Opportunities.
I am always looking for business relationships with IT sessional trainers who can fulfil some of these criteria:
- Seven plus years of training experience (the more the better)
- Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment
- History of excellence in work practice
- Ability to demonstrate a knowledge of adult learning practices
- Willingness & flexibility to adjust & respond to various workplace environments
Technical expertise in group training of Microsoft Office (all versions)
- Word
- Access
- Excel
- Publisher
- Outlook
- Project
- Visio
- Microsoft Sharepoint would be an advantage.
Any version, any level – you don’t have to know them all – perhaps just have a core or niche level of expertise in chosen products.
It is more important to me that you understand and respect a climate of customer care and put the participants in your courses at the top of your priorities.
