New Outlook Course

Yesterday Barb Stapleton ran the first session of a new half day workshop at the City of Boorondara, which we have called ‘Getting the Best from Outlook’.  Designed for users of 2007 or 2010, this session is aimed at existing users of Microsoft Outlook who have been using the product for a while and would now like to fine-tune their skills.  In this 3 hour interactive session attendees are introduced to best practice in the use of Outlook and learn how to take advantage of Outlook’s features which will aid in managing time efficiently.

Along with using Outlook as a time management tool, Barb also presents her favourite Outlook tips, tricks and shortcuts.

We tailor this course to take onboard how an organisation utilises Outlook, so for the City of Boroondara this includes how to handle room and car bookings via Outlook.

Pictured in the first run of this class are:

Julia Caflisch, Health, Ageing and Disability Services
Louise Higgins, Health, Ageing and Disability Services
Violet Novak, Health, Ageing and Disability Services
Diane Owens, City Development and Amenities
Lauren Raymond, Information Technology

Thank you ladies for joining us and I hope the session was lots of fun as well as being informative!
