Screen Shots

The quickest way to take a screen shot is to press the PrtScn (print screen) button and it takes a full snapshot of your screen. You’ll then need to take it into another program (or just go into Word and use the crop tools) to slice and dice it to the size and contents you want (use Ctrl V to paste it in). However this does the whole screen and the image size can be quite large. I’ve been using a freeware program called Gadwin Printscreen. It allows you to select just the portion of the screen you require and not the entire window. Here’s a link for it: Gadwin.com
